Where does Unearthed Gemstones ship from?
All orders are shipped from Camarillo, California.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer FREE Standard USPS and UPS Ground shipping for all U.S. orders of $150+. There is a flat rate of $9.95 or $11.95 (depending upon package weight) USPS Priority Mail for orders under $150.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
- Standard Shipping: Domestic orders typically take 5-7 business days via USPS.
- Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for most items. Candles may require 1-2 weeks for processing.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days, please contact us. All our orders include tracking, and we work only with trusted suppliers. However, please note that natural disasters, holidays, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times as this is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Please note: The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website transfers to you once the package is handed off to the shipping carrier and a tracking number is issued.

Do you offer package tracking?
Yes! Once your package is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via a shipping confirmation email.
What if I’m not home for the delivery?
If you’re not home, anyone at your address can receive the package on your behalf. If no one is available, the postal service typically leaves a collection slip, allowing you to collect your package from the designated post office.
What should I do if tracking says my package is delivered but I haven’t received it?
If your address is correct but you haven’t received your package despite it being marked as “delivered,” please contact the shipping carrier. Since shipping costs are paid to USPS or UPS, it is their responsibility to ensure delivery.Important: Please double-check your shipping address when placing your order. We cannot refund orders marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout. Unearthed Gemstones is not responsible for items lost or stolen in transit.
